Zac offers a variety of training sessions and environments to suit anyone who is interested in improving their health and fitness. 

All clients receive an initial free consultation and fitness assessment*. A confidential fitness and medical questionnaire will be taken to ensure any pre-existing conditions can be managed correctly followed by a discussion to determine their goals and ambitions to create the optimum training plan. 

Zac can advise you on how to get the most out of your training by improving your nutritional understanding and maximising your capacity to recover from each session. Throughout Zac’s Rowing career he has suffered a few serious injuries and injury prevention is a key aspect to every training session or programme set, allowing you to train with confidence and work your body in the knowledge that the movements you are doing are appropriate.

  • REPs CPD Circult Training
  • REPs CPD Spin
  • REPs CPD Gym Boxing
  • REPs CPD Kettlebell
  • ViPR
