About Zac

Zac has spent 10 years performing on the international stage as a rower. He has won gold and silver medals at the Olympic Games and 3 World Championship titles. Along the way he has been lucky to work with some of the most accomplished sporting professionals in the world, encompasing feilds such as physiology, sports psychology and strength & conditioning. 

Since retiring from international rowing after the London Olympics in 2012, Zac has enjoyed sharing the knowledge he has gained over the years with a variety of audiences. He provides enthusiastic and entertaining after dinner speeches, motivational team building days and Olympic themed experiences. 

In addition, Zac has qualified as a Personal Trainer, enabling him to continue to share his love of a happy healthy lifestyle with a wider audience. Zac believes that exercise should be enjoyable and that it should fit as seamlessly as possible into peoples' often busy and hectic schedules.
